I can't login into Deployteq

Are you unable to log in to Deployteq? Then this could be for a number of reasons:

  1. The URL is not correct. Check the structure of the URL. It should look like this: https://portalname.canopydeploy.net
  2. Use the browser's incognito mode which disables all plugins the browser uses. Now try to login again.
    1. Is Firefox your web browser?
      If so, press the following combination on your keyboard: Control+Shift+P.
    2. Is Google Chrome your web browser?
      If so, press the following combination on your keyboard: Control+Shift+N.
  3. Do you see the error message Error: 3:username/password/portal invalid? This means that the portal name, username or password is incorrect. Please check the spelling, and contact your portal administrator if you are still unable to login.
  4. Do you see the error message 203:Unauthorized? This means that the user you log in with has not been given any rights in (a brand of) the portal. In this case, please contact your portal administrator.

Captcha

  1. After three failed login attempts you will see a 'captcha'. Your username and password must now be completed with a security code.
    Check the structure of the URL. It should look like this: https://portalname.canopydeploy.net
  2. Check your username and password for your user account.
    The password must consist of a combination of uppercase, lowercase, and numbers and be provided with at least 1 special character, for example an exclamation mark.
  3. Use the browser's incognito mode.
